Finding the Good on Flickr.I finally have the settings right on the Polaroid 250, but it took a while. It shoots dark.
I shot these while working to find the sweet spot for the lighten/darken wheel. I liked the photos, but he positives were too dark. Since the negs weren’t bad I scanned those instead. I allowed the scanner to figure out what to do in terms of color. I then used Photoshop to balance curves.

Hard Liquor on Flickr.East Nashville
Camera: Polaroid 250
Film: Fujifilm FP-100C
First attempt at using this camera, a gift from a friend…and packfilm in general. I really like the film; the colors are quite vibrant. The camera is fun and I look forward to learning its quirks (like the fact that you have to keep the shutter button held down during long exposures).

Encircling Batman on Flickr.f/198, five minutes
Downtown Nashville from the east bank of the Cumberland River. Pointy-eared building is the AT&T Tower, but it’s always been called the Batman Building by locals. The building to the right (name has changed numerous times over the years) is dubbed the R2D2 building.
Appears we name anything over a dozen stories.
